Service

Pinygent is a Pinterest intern for Etsy shops: we help you connect Etsy and Pinterest, compose pins from your listing photos, schedule and publish them, and show weekly performance. Features depend on your plan and connected accounts.

Account & eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be allowed to use Etsy and Pinterest under their own terms and to grant us the access needed to provide the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of your shop data and generated pins. You grant us a license to process that data to provide the service. You are responsible for compliance with Pinterest and Etsy policies and for reviewing AI-generated content before it goes live.

Billing

Paid plans are sold by Polar as Merchant of Record. Polar handles checkout, invoices, applicable sales tax / VAT, and payment processing. Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel in the billing portal. Applicable Polar buyer terms apply to the purchase; your use of Pinygent remains governed by these terms. AI-generated content

AI outputs may require review before publishing. We do not guarantee specific traffic, ranking, or sales results.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service (including spam, infringement, scraping beyond permitted API use, or attempts to disrupt security). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Availability & liability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Third-party APIs (Etsy, Pinterest, AI providers) may change or fail outside our control. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act remains unlimited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of mandatory provisions of your country of residence. Courts at our place of business (Lippstadt) have jurisdiction if you are a merchant; consumers may also sue at their place of residence where mandatory law so provides.
